1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions (Starter and Pro plans). If you are not satisfied for any reason within 14 days of your first payment, contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

2. Eligibility

Refunds are available if:

Renewal payments (monthly billing after the first month) are not eligible for refunds. We recommend cancelling before the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.
Note: Any domain registration or management fees already incurred by the service during the 14-day window may be deducted from the refund amount.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

We process refund requests within 2 business days. The refund will appear in your PayPal account within 3–5 business days depending on your payment provider.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard under Plan → Cancel subscription. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time after the 14-day window.

5. Service Disruptions

If the Service experiences significant unplanned downtime (more than 24 continuous hours) that materially impacts your use, you may be eligible for a prorated credit. Contact us at [email protected] to request a review.
