By accessing or using ipmap.dev ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the Service.

1. Description of Service

ipmap.dev provides a DNS subdomain mapping service that allows users to associate IP addresses with subdomains under the ipmap.dev domain. The Service includes a web dashboard, REST API, and related tools.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

When you create an account, you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key and session tokens. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Host, distribute, or link to phishing pages, scam websites, or fraudulent content
• Distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or any malicious software
• Send spam or conduct unsolicited bulk communications
• Infringe any intellectual property rights of third parties
• Host illegal content under applicable laws
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or any form of network abuse
• Impersonate other services, brands, or individuals
• Circumvent technical restrictions or rate limits of the Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent

We actively monitor subdomains for abuse using automated systems and third-party services including Google Safe Browsing. Violations may result in immediate suspension without notice.

5. Subscription and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, which may temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by ipmap.dev and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without notice and without liability. Upon termination, your subdomains and data may be deleted. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ipmap.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to legal proceedings.
